Foundation's Aims &Objectives
AIMS & OBJECTIVES
Leadership Foundation International has the following as it aims &objectives which will govern the foundation in it policies implementation, projects,programmes and other policies in line with it aims &objectives and through it four main departments; Charity Ghana, Africa for Christ, Education Ghana and Entertainment Ghana.They are as follows:
1. Is committed to the discovering of inherent rich and good leadership potentials,abilities skills in young people through the provision of seminars, workshops, etc.
2. T o develop the discovered inherent leadership skills, potentials, abilities in young people to become leaders of influence in businesses, industries, churches, goverenments and academies in African countries through series of training, workshops, seminars conferences, platforms and other necessary related resources and materials.
3. To provide the right adequate and rich information, resources and other related materials for the development and progress of the discovered, developed rich and good inherent leadership skills, potentials and abilities etc through various department of the Foundation.
4. To maintain and sustain the discovered and developed inherent leadership skills, abilities in young people through a monitoring system which will be st up to monitor and access the performances and impacts of young people in leadership in their respective roles and fields. And will be set up under the main departments of the Foundation namely Charity Ghana, Africa for Christ Ghana, Education Ghana and Entertainment Ghana.
5. To provide the good and well built and effective communication system to enhance the leadership skills, potentials abilities and other talents of the young people in their world by setting up a communication statellite through out.

MISSION:
Leadership Foundation International(FOUNDATION) is committed to the Discovering, developing and maintaining as well as sustaining the good and rich inherent leadership skills, potentials and other gifted talents of the young people of Africa to become leaders of influence in businesses, industries, churches, governemtns and academies in their repsective countries through the various departments of the Foundation which are Charity Ghana; Aftrica for Christ, Education Ghana and Entertainment Ghana.And these departments will monitor the affairs of the Foundation in accordance with the aims and objectives of the Foundation by being in the position to train, encourage and improve the discovered, developed young people leadrs at all level of their private public life.
Foundation's Vision
VISION:
The vision of the Foundation is to provide the resources, platforms, materials tools to train and build young people in leadership who will discern the redemptive purpose of God through Africa For Christ, one of the Foundation's department for their respective countries, understand the prophetic climate of their nations and people and then translate the plans of God into reality through the other departments of the Foundation with well planned implementations of the aims and objectives of the Foundation.
Also, to create the environment where such leaders and fellow compatriots will come together to share ideas, plans, thoughts and knowledge in the discover, develop and maintain as well as sustain the human and natural resources as well as materials of their respective countries.
